1. Eligibility

Quaddro allows you to connect third-party social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube). By connecting these accounts, you authorize Quaddro to:
- Access certain information from those accounts as permitted by you and the third party.
- Publish content on your behalf, in accordance with your settings.
You are responsible for complying with the third party’s own terms of service when using Quaddro.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Certain features may require a paid subscription.
- Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Unless canceled, subscriptions will renew automatically.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided through Quaddro (excluding your own content and third-party materials) are owned by Quaddro or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use Quaddro in a way that could cause harm. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

- Quaddro is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quaddro and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the app before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
